Renal Pathologist The Department of Pathology at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine seeks applications for an experienced renal pathologist with fellowship training. The department provides pathology services to the Vanderbilt University Hospital, the Monroe Carell, Jr. Children’s Hospital and the Nashville/Middle Tennessee Veterans Administration Medical Center, all located in close proximity on the Vanderbilt campus. Our renal biopsy service also has a large outreach component, receiving specimens from many outside hospitals from a broad region. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished and highly motivated individual. Certification by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic Pathology is required. Outstanding academic opportunities are available in the fertile scientific and collaborative environment at Vanderbilt for scholarship with a basic science, clinical and/or translational focus.
